Educational Services
Children’s Education
Gypsy children in Macedonia, slum children in India, displaced children in Guinea and children of poverty-stricken families in Vietnam, have all been given educational opportunities through CAMA. Our workers have provided study centers, school supplies, supplemental meals and work for their families.
Young Adult Education
The teacher/student ratio in Burkina Faso is 1/120 and only 19 percent of the population is literate. CAMA has addressed this need by partnering with ACCEDES, the relief and development arm of the C&MA-Burkina Faso to build two high schools. Eighty percent of the students are Muslim children whose parents want them to have a quality education.
