Hurricane Irma Relief & Recovery
Help those affected in Florida and Cuba.
Hurricane Irma’s storm surge and record-breaking winds left a trail of destruction in the Caribbean and Florida. We thank God the damage is not as severe as it could have been, but there are still extensive repairs needed in Florida and Cuba. Your gifts will support the local Alliance church responding in both locations.
A couple of Alliance churches will need to replace their roofs, so will pastors who suffered damage to their homes. As with all disasters, those who are most vulnerable suffer disproportionately. This was seen in communities near First Alliance Church in Port Charlotte. This local church is developing a plan to provide assistance for the hard-hit neighborhoods in their city.
Damage to this island nation is extensive and the needs are overwhelming. CAMA is assisting the Cuban Alliance national church in their disaster response efforts in partnership with U.S. Alliance International Ministries and the C&MA of Canada. Your gifts will provide resources for local churches to meet both immediate and long-term needs in their country.
