Badshaguna Community Center
Creating a center to house a vocational school
Badshaguna is a developing urban community in Cox’s Bazar. It is home to many of differing religious backgrounds who struggle to earn a living through low-income professions.
CAMA has a unique opportunity to serve this community through the new vision of our long-time partners in Bangladesh. During lockdowns, they stepped out in faith and used their savings to purchase a plot of land for ministry. With this land, we’d like to begin construction in late 2022 for a four-story community center building. This center would serve as base to provide vocational training to both Bengalis and Rohingya refugees as they learn entrepreneurial skills.
Through your support of this project, members of this developing community will not only have the chance to begin their own small business, but to hear Christ’s message of forgiveness and hope.
