Partnerships have been central to CAMA ever since our founding in the 1970s in response to the needs of Vietnam War refugees.
PARTNERSHIPS
Why partner? Here are two reasons:
- In our broken world the needs are overwhelming—we can't begin to effectively address them by ourselves or without you.
- Working with others reflects God's Kingdom in situations and locations where people need to see this lived out.
OUR KEY PARTNERS
The Local Church
We love Christ's Church and its local expression. We seek to support and work with existing congregations and encourage new church growth in areas lacking gospel access.
The Alliance
We are part of a denomination, a Christ-centered, Acts 1:8 family. We are shaped, directed, and supported by Alliance theology, leadership, structure, and funding, and often work alongside Alliance World Fellowship churches around the globe.
Global Partners
Our global partners are non-U.S. citizens who are experts in relief and development and essential to our work in seeing communities restored.
Local Hires
We've created strong partnerships with Christian leaders in marginalized communities, who manage CAMA projects, relief work, or small-business enterprises.
Faith-Based Organizations
We collaborate with Christian groups and NGOs on the ground, who are already working with a community or people group. These organizations align with CAMA's vision and mission.
"There is plenty of light. The Spirit in the Church has seen to that. And for this we should be deeply grateful."
